TÜSEB DiaKit HPV qPCR Diagnostic Kit is a CE/IVD approved medical in vitro diagnostic kit that detects Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) species in high and low risk groups by polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) method.
The kit is a test that allows the detection of types 31,33,35,39,51, 52,54,56,58,59,66,68 and specifically types of 16, 18 and 45 which are the most common and found in the high risk group in human biological samples.
It detects the HPV16 species in the FAM fluorescent channel, the HPV 18 species in the HEX fluorescent channel, and the HPV 45 species in the ROX fluorescent channel.
The specially made molecular design takes advantage of the new suppressor (quencher) technology, which provides maximum sensitivity by minimizing nonspecific amplifications.
