In collaboration with TÜSEB and Sanofi, a Basic Good Clinical Practice Training for physicians will be organized to contribute to strengthening the clinical research ecosystem.
The training, to be held within the scope of the AkademiKA program, will take place on Sunday, June 21, 2026, between 09:00 and 18:30 at the TÜSEB Aziz Sancar Research Center, Mamak, Ankara.
The training program consists of the following key topics:
- History and Ethics in Clinical Research,
- Methodologies in Clinical Trials,
- Design in Clinical Trials,
- Regulations in Clinical Research,
- Parties in Clinical Research: Ethics Committees,
- Parties in Clinical Research: Sponsors,
- Parties in Clinical Research: Investigators and Informed Consent Processes,
- Safety Reporting in Clinical Research,
- Processes in Clinical Research,
- The Reward of Conducting Research,
- TÜSEB Clinical Research Supports.
Participants who successfully complete the training will be awarded a TITCK-Approved Basic Good Clinical Practice Certificate.
The participation quota is limited to 65 people. Therefore, applications will be received as pre-applications, and the final participants will be determined after an evaluation. Selected participants will be notified via email once the evaluation process is complete.
This training is planned for physicians participating from Ankara and surrounding provinces. The same training program is scheduled to be held in Istanbul on September 5, 2026.
Accommodation, transportation, or venue support will not be provided for participants coming from out of town. However, for those participating from within Ankara, a round-trip shuttle service is planned between Kızılay and the Aziz Sancar Research Center.
